A new use of beads in funeral customs

I've heard of turning cremated ashes into diamonds, but this is the first time I've heard about making beads with them.

"About 500 people have turned their loved ones' ashes into Buddhist-style beads at Bonhyang, a company based in Icheon, just south of Seoul. It and several other ashes-to-beads companies say they have seen steady growth in their business in recent years."

Costume Experiment

I've started having costuming urges; however, I haven't decided on a specific outfit to make yet. As a compromise, I'm working on a set of 19th century undergarments that should work for a variety of looks. First step: Pin tucks.
